China Paper 61 is the methanol vehicles section of a formal white paper regarding methanol use and technology development released by the Chinese Central Government recently. Other parts of the paper focus on additional uses for methanol, such as boilers.
Officially, the paper is titled “Guiding Opinions on the Application of Methanol Vehicles from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Ministry of Transportation, the National Sanitation and Health Commission and the General Administration of Market Supervision.”
