ConocoPhillips is to be the gas supplier to the Gulf Coast Methanol Complex

ConocoPhillips is the world’s largest independent exploration and production company, based on proved reserves and production of liquids and natural gas. ConocoPhillips explores for, develops and produces crude oil and natural gas globally, and is one of the top 5 marketers of natural gas in North America. ConocoPhillips and IGP affiliates have entered into agreements that outline the terms associated with ConocoPhillips providing natural gas supply and supply management services for up to all four methanol plants. Although ConocoPhillips has no equity participation in the project, the company’s Commercial natural gas organization is well positioned to provide reliable natural gas supply and supply management services to the project.
